Synopsis:
Twelve years after seeing a little boy get electrocuted by her father a young woman is hiding out on the thirteenth floor of the exact high-rise it happened on. Well guess what happens when daddy sends all sorts of thugs after her. Could the little boy`s spirit return for revenge? Duh. Boring and totally uninvolving import downplays its horror elements in favour of plenty long stretches of talking and unsuspenseful chase scenes. A waste of time. Additional material (probably the electrocutions and deaths) were shot by Adrian Carr.
